The ground rules for creating and ordering.

These Terms of Use & Sale are an agreement between you and Mahj My Mat, a DBA of All In Gaming LLC and apply to mahjmymat.com and related Mahj My Mat services. By using the design studio or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be able to enter a binding contract in your location to purchase.

Previews and generated concepts are design tools. Results can vary, may contain unexpected details, and are not guaranteed to be unique. A preview is not a manufacturing specification until it is reviewed, approved, and accepted into an order.

We may reject or ask to revise content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, technically unsuitable, or inconsistent with our production standards.

Gallery sharing is optional. Selecting it creates a request only; the design will not be published unless its associated purchase is completed. Sharing a design in the gallery does not by itself authorize resale. A separate, express resale authorization is required before a customer-submitted design may be offered as a Gallery Edition. We may decline or remove a gallery submission that violates these terms or our content standards.

You keep your ownership rights in content you provide. You grant Mahj My Mat and the service providers involved in design, storage, production, and fulfillment a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, modify, create production files from, and use that content only as needed to provide the service, fulfill your order, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you own or have permission to use uploaded photos, artwork, logos, names, and other content, and that our authorized use will not violate another person’s rights. You are responsible for claims arising from content you were not authorized to provide.

Review the final proof carefully. Your approval confirms the displayed spelling, content, layout, image selection, and orientation. For a lamp, approval applies to the displayed upright shade wrap created from the mat’s outer artwork with its center play area excluded. Reasonable screen-to-print variation may occur. Production begins only after the required approval and payment, and the approved design snapshot becomes the order record.

Gallery Editions are lower-priced, made-to-order mats using an existing studio-authorized gallery design. They are sold exactly as displayed and are not customizable. Colors, artwork, wording, layout, center content, and other design details cannot be changed within a Gallery Edition order.

Each Gallery Edition must have an authorized clean source and pass professional enlargement and print-file quality checks before checkout opens. If you want to change a gallery design, create a separate custom design through the studio instead.

Prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any prepaid duties are shown before payment. Payment is processed by a third-party provider. We may correct an obvious pricing error before production, cancel or limit an order, request verification, or decline a transaction when reasonably necessary to address availability, error, sanctions, suspected fraud, or misuse. A cancelled order will be refunded as required.

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy are part of these terms. Custom orders are generally not returnable after production begins, but covered damage, defects, production errors, and non-waivable consumer rights remain protected.

The Mahj My Mat name, brand assets, site design, software, copy, and non-customer content are owned by Mahj My Mat or its licensors. You may use the service for its intended personal and commercial-ordering purpose, but may not interfere with the service, bypass security or limits, scrape at scale, resell access, introduce malicious code, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but online and AI-assisted features may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Mahj My Mat is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the consumer-protection laws of your location require otherwise.

We may update these terms prospectively as the service changes. The version in effect when an order is placed will govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Questions may be sent to hello@mahjmymat.com.
